Every REDIMO watch, in all four lines (Clásico, Mar, Para Ella and Relieve), is covered by a limited warranty for two (2) years from the date it is delivered to you.

What is covered

The movement. Failure to keep time or to run under normal use.
The case and caseback. Manufacturing defects in the steel, the plating or tone, the crown and the engraving.
The dial and hands. Markers, hands or printed elements that detach or misalign without impact.
The crystal. Defects present on delivery, and condensation under the crystal that appears under normal use within the stated water resistance.
The bracelet clasp and pins. Failure under normal use.

What is not covered

Battery replacement. Batteries are consumable; a typical battery lasts about two to three years.
Normal wear: scratches on the case, bracelet, bezel or crystal, and fading or cracking of leather and rubber straps.
Damage from drops, impact, misuse or accidents.
Water damage beyond the rated resistance of your model, or with the crown pulled out. Mar models are rated 10 ATM (100 m): suitable for swimming and snorkeling, not for scuba diving. Clásico, Para Ella and Relieve models are rated 5 ATM (50 m): suitable for rain, hand washing and brief immersion, not for regular swimming. No model is suitable for hot showers or saunas.
Damage from repair, opening or modification by anyone other than a service provider we authorize.
Loss or theft.

How to make a claim

Write to us through the contact page with your order number, a description of the problem and one or two photos or a short video.
We reply within one business day. Many issues can be confirmed from the photos alone.
If the watch needs to come back, we send you a prepaid return label.

What we do

If the defect is covered, we repair the watch or replace it with the same model, at our choice and at no cost to you, including shipping both ways. If the same model is no longer available, we offer a model of equal value or a refund of the price you paid.

A repaired or replaced watch is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, or for 90 days from the day you receive it, whichever is longer.

Proof of purchase

Your order number or the email address used at checkout is enough. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and to anyone who received the watch as a gift from the original purchaser.

Your legal rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty, and we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
