Terms of service — Spirit Led Club

These terms cover purchases and use of the Spirit Led Club online store, hosted by Shopify. Questions can be sent to futlatinoshop@gmail.com.

Products and orders

Our products are original Scripture-inspired jerseys. Product pages describe the design, material, size options and price. Digital product visualizations illustrate the design and are not customer photographs. Screen settings can affect color appearance; this does not remove your rights if a delivered item does not match its description.

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Availability, delivery options, charges and taxes are shown during checkout. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any unfulfilled items rather than substitute without your consent.

Prices and offers

The currency and final payable amount are shown at checkout. Spirit Led Club pack offers apply only to eligible jerseys: choose 3 and pay for 2, choose 5 and pay for 3, or choose 7 and pay for 4. One qualifying pack offer applies per order; additional items are charged at their regular price. Pack offers do not combine with other discounts. When more than one non-combinable offer is eligible, Shopify applies the eligible offer that provides the better discount.

Delivery, returns and privacy

Our shipping policy, return policy and privacy policy form part of the information provided for your purchase. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over these terms.

Use of the site

Do not use this store for unlawful activity, fraud, interference with its operation or infringement of others' rights. Links to other organizations are provided for information and do not imply that they operate this store.

Updates

We may update these terms for future orders. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights or change the agreed terms of an existing purchase.
