Returns & refunds — Spirit Led Club

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Jerseys must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with their original tags. You may try an item on to assess its fit, as you would in a shop. Ordinary made-to-order production does not by itself exclude a jersey from this policy.

How to start

Email futlatinoshop@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will provide the return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending a parcel; the dispatch address or an address printed on the package may not be the correct return destination. Keep your proof of shipment.

Return costs

For a change of mind or a size preference, you pay the return postage. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for these voluntary returns, except where required by law. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and, where possible, clear photos of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including any return postage we require. The 30-day voluntary return period does not limit statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

Refunds and exchanges

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and checking the return, or sooner when required by law. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit. Contact us before arranging an exchange so we can confirm the available size and the next steps.

For a partial return from a promotional kit, the refund is based on the amount actually paid for the returned item after the discount allocation shown on your order; a free item does not receive a cash refund at its undiscounted price.

Cancellation

Contact us promptly if you want to cancel or change an order. We will confirm whether it can still be stopped before dispatch. Your rights concerning delayed dispatch and post-delivery returns remain available.

Mandatory rights

This voluntary policy does not restrict rights provided by applicable consumer law. Where EU/EEA or UK distance-selling withdrawal rights apply, you can notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery and return the goods within the applicable period. Required refunds include the standard outbound delivery cost; a premium delivery upgrade need not be refunded. We may withhold a withdrawal refund until we receive the goods or proof that you sent them back, as permitted by law. Any statutory deadline or remedy takes precedence over this policy.
