What we collect

When you buy from us or sign up for emails we collect your name, email, shipping address, phone (optional) and payment details processed by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, device, referring site) through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, manage refill subscriptions, provide support, send transactional emails, and, with your consent, marketing emails. We use aggregated usage data to improve the site and measure advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store (payments, shipping, email, analytics, advertising platforms) and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
