Shipping

We ship from the USA to all 50 states. The Ritual Kit ships free by USPS Ground Advantage and typically arrives in 2–5 business days after dispatch. Refills ship in a flat mailer that fits a standard mailbox; no signature is required. You receive a tracking link by email when your order leaves the warehouse.

Returns and the 60-day guarantee

Use Sailor every day for up to 60 days. If you decide it is not for you, email hello@sailornutrition.com with your order number within 60 days of delivery and we refund your first order in full. No need to return the tin or the sachets. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The guarantee covers one first order per household.

Damaged or missing items

If anything arrives damaged or is missing, send us a photo within 14 days and we replace it at no cost.
